Assorted Game Projects (old)

God of Grammar

A puzzle game for phones and tablets I made. Think Lemmings, except your input method is forming rules with fridge magnets. It has rainbows and happiness!

Grim Fandango Remastered

I worked with DoubleFine Productions on the remastered version of the classic Grim Fandango, which was released in 2015. Here are a few tidbits on this project.

Mouse Interface for Grim Fandango

Grim Fandango is one of my favorite games ever, but I never warmed up to its tank-style controls. This modification allows the original game to be played like a point-and-click adventure.

Dreamview

Dreamview is an unpacker, model and level viewer for the game Dreamfall by Funcom. It allows to display Dreamfall's scenes and animations almost exactly like the in-game engine including correct shaders and particle effects, and provides modding capabilities for the game's resources.

Tetris Run

Tetris run is a proof-of-concept SNES game I made, which runs on both emulators and actual SNES consoles. It has a weird intro, and three levels (jump'n'run tetris crossover).

Abiventure

A point and click adventure game I wrote for my high school graduation. It's pretty silly and very German.

Misc. Projects

SNES multirom flasher

This is a nice little hardware project back when I was working on my SNES game. I replaced the ROM chip in a SNES cartridge with linear flash memory, to be able to load games from the PC and play them on a physical SNES console.

Ghibli Saver

A cute Studio Ghibli-themed Windows screensaver.
